The demo cell featured a Comau SCARA robot seamlessly interacting with an independent cart technology track system, showcasing the robust power of Rockwell Automation software and hardware. This powerful combination exemplifies the future of manufacturing, delivering unmatched performance and reliability.
Safety and accuracy are also included through integrated Guardmaster safety measures and Cognex vision detection. The addition of an Emulate 3D digital twin model allows for real-time monitoring and simulation, providing a comprehensive view of the cell's operations and enhancing decision-making processes.
A highlight of the demonstration was IXON remote access capability. Routeco transmitted live data from the robot cell to its additional stand within the main show floor, demonstrating the power of connectivity and remote monitoring live.
