USB DAQ device features 18-bit resolution for 14 analogue inputs

Audon Electronics is adding the new U6 USB data acquisition and control unit to its LabJack range. Featuring 14 analogue inputs with 16-18bit resolution and a programmable gain amplifier, the U6 is said to be suitable for measuring 'real-world' signals. The U6 has built-in cold junction compensation for thermocouples, as well as two fixed current sources, which is convenient for measuring resistance and for use with resistance thermometers.
