Varidisk filters are suitable for sterile venting
Helapet's Varidisk 50mm PTFE vent filters offer excellent sterile venting for carboys, filling vessels and fermentation tanks
With a 0.2um PTFE hydrophobic filter membrane within an integrity-tested polypropylene housing, the filter ensures that vessels can be vented aseptically.
Helapet filtration is claimed to be unique in that customers can specify bespoke connectors to suit any application. Furthermore, the customer's own label or logo can be printed on the filters using tampo printing.
All Helapet filters are manufactured to ISO 13485:2003 and are tested for air and flow, bubble point and housing integrity in the company's dedicated in-house testing facility.
