Variohm buys Limitor Solutions GmbH
Further expansion by Variohm Holdings has resulted in the acquisition of temperature monitoring, protection and sensing specialists Limitor Solutions GmbH
Variohm Holdings (part of the LSE-listed discoverIE Group plc) has acquired the German/Hungarian temperature control component manufacturer Limitor Solutions GmbH. Limitor has its main 2,700 m2 manufacturing site based in Pecs, Hungary, with headquarters and warehousing facilities in Urbach near Stuttgart. Limitor Solutions has a fifty year pedigree as a leading manufacturer of temperature based component technologies for thermal protection, regulation, switching and sensing as well as temperature timers, fuses and controllers.
