The VCC CTH Series capacitive touch sensor displays offer translucent icons illuminated with different coloured LEDs, and provide superior device interaction by communicating a singular action to users such as on/off, alarm status. The LED display produces uniform illumination and high optical clarity, and are available with or without a wide variety of standard graphic overlays and colours. Unlike mechanical membrane switches or mechanical push buttons, VCC's CTH Series capacitive touch sensor displays have no moving parts, which improves reliability and increases operational life of the product. These compact displays also eliminate the need for designing-in a traditional switch, which saves on cost and simplifies the design process.

VCC's CTH series provides a more intuitive interface to ease and accelerate user interactions for a broad array of applications including mobile communication devices, point-of-sale terminals, industrial control displays, gaming devices, appliances, consumer equipment, media players, medical devices, PDAs, portable instruments, and touch screen monitors.
