Video showcases AWS Electronics' rapid prototyping capabilities
AWS Electronics Group is unveiling its latest company video showcasing AWS Fast Track - a dedicated stand-alone manufacturing facility offering small batch assembly, rapid prototyping and New Product Introduction (NPI) services.
The video offers an insight into the Fast Track facility, enabling viewers to experience the range of capabilities on offer. The video explores the Fast Track hall, which boasts a dedicated Surface Mount line and assembly area, complete with an expert technical engineering team to fully support customer requirements. Fast Track capabilities include highly complex Printed Circuit Board Assemblies and design support through the provision of technical "feedback reports' for prototypes.
Paul Deehan, CEO AWS Electronics Group, comments: "We are delighted to release this video promoting our Fast Track services. With a separate hall and dedicated team for Fast Track projects, there is no disruption to scheduled production orders and Fast Track operators take full responsibility for the assigned project, seeing it through all stages of assembly. We are also able to replicate volume production processes within the Fast Track line so that we know a build is viable if/when it goes into full production."
AWS Fast Track is located within AWS Electronics' Newcastle-under-Lyme manufacturing site, where additional electronics manufacturing services on offer include: Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA), electro-mechanical assembly, cable and harness manufacture, test services and a dedicated Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Centre (MROC).
