Video shows new products from igus this autumn
igus has produced a short video in which Artur Peplinski, vice president of igus, presents a few key product highlights and innovations unveiled during the recent Motek event.
First up is the E2.1 energy chain, which is used widely in numerous industries. A handy feature added to this series is the addition of a QR code. Using a common smartphone QR-reader app, the engineer scans the code on the part to instantly display the corresponding e-chain online. Here, the ability to identify the part, check pricing and select to order for fast delivery is simple. General information about the E2.1 energy chain, including CAD drawings, is also available, as well a step-by-step assembly instructions and videos. The E2.1 also has a new brake system, which makes for quieter operation.
