Flexicon Liquid Filling

Aseptic filling systems ease customer validation in demanding contamination-free pharmaceutical and clinical diagnostic applications. Designed for small to medium-sized batch production, Flexicon systems provide filling accuracy of +/-0.5 per cent over volumes from 0.5ml to 250ml and prevent costly overfilling. Flexicon will showcase its FF30 tabletop liquid filling and capping machine, capable of handling up to 1200 bottles, with diameters from 12 to 50mm, per hour.

MasoSine Sanitary and Industrial Positive Displacement Pumps

Last year, WMFTG launched its award-winning MasoSine Certa to its UK audience at the show. For 2017, WMFTG returns with yet more innovation from the Certa family including three models - Certa 200, 250 and 300. Certa not only delivers high suction capability to handle viscous products, it offers significant advantages over alternative technologies with EHEDG Type EL Class I Aseptic certification.

Watson-Marlow Peristaltic Pumps

Watson-Marlow's process pumps range can also be viewed on Stand G56 at the PPMA show. Designed for metering and transfer applications, process pumps offer four drive options for industrial integration - manual, remote, analogue and digital communication, plus PROFIBUS, and flow rates to 2000litre/hr.
