Nexcom is launching launched the NISE 2100 and NISE 2110 industrial PCs that are based on the Intel Atom D525 CPU. In addition, both are equipped with a built-in SIM card holder and mini-PCIe socket - and are ready for wireless connection. This will make the NISE 2100 series useful for wireless communication or transportation applications.
With Atom D525 CPU, DDR3 667/800 SO-DIMM and multiple I/O ports, the NISE 2100 can be utilised within, for example, industrial automation, factory automation, self-service machines and other machinery. Further features of this versatile series includes three Intel Gigabit LAN ports, four RS-232 COM ports, two RS232/422/485 COM ports, four USB2.0 ports, one VGA port, one GPIO port, and one audio jack (speaker out). In terms of storage, customers have a choice of SATA HDD/SSD or front-accessible CF card. The NISE 2100 Series has a wide DC input range of 9-36V and therefore meets most application requirements. The NISE 2110 has one PCI slot, with an additional PCIe slot available upon request.
With high performance and stability, the NISE 2100 supports a number of operating systems, such as Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 7 Embedded, WES 2009, Win CE 6.0 and Linux.
