ESAB unveils F&G range of helmets

ESAB Welding & Cutting Products has unveiled its F&G range of helmets, the F20, G30, G40 and G50, which cover welding, cutting and grinding applications with their flip-up visor design. From the simplicity and high protection level of the F20 to the versatility of the G30 and the large inner visors of the G40 and G50, the F&G range of helmets is ESAB's most versatile welding and grinding helmet product. All models come with an "Air" option, indicating an optional ESAB PAPR (Powered Air Purifying Respirator).

Mouser now offering Maxim Integrated's MAX2250xE transceivers

Mouser Electronics is now stocking the MAX22500E and MAX22501E RS-485/RS-422 transceivers from Maxim Integrated. Stainless steel IR windows: highly robust and simple to install

The growing demand for infrared windows for safe thermal inspection of energised electrical systems has led FLIR Systems to extend its FLIR IRW-Series. As well as its windows with an anodised aluminium frame, these products are now available in stainless steel for use in harsh environments and outdoors. This option also eliminates the possibility of galvanic corrosion from contact between the stainless steel cabinet and window frame.

New product development for Reliance's space portfolio

Reliance is announcing the successful completion of its latest product development programme, adding a new Stepper Motor Gearbox (SMG) to its growing space portfolio. The development was undertaken as part of the UK Space Agency's National Space Technology Programme (NSTP3), commencing at initial requirements capture and concept design, then taking the design through to manufactured product, all in under 12 months. The Reliance team celebrated the achievement, together with the UK Space Agency, iNetic and EKD at the close of the project.
