SKF Explorer class tapered roller bearings offer enhancements

The latest range of SKF Explorer tapered roller bearings has been extended, and now offers a significant 7 per cent increase in dynamic load rating for all products up to 600mm outside diameter. Additionally, the dynamic load rating of a selection of non-SKF Explorer bearings has been improved by a further 15 per cent as a result of internal manufacturing upgrades. This means an overall dynamic load rating improvement of 22 per cent for certain product types.

Complete Die Springs from Lee Spring

Lee Spring is promoting its range of Compression Die Springs, which come at a significant cost saving over many competitive items - in the order of 1/3 to 1/2, while offering extended life and minimised in-service length loss by virtue of their shot peened finish and preset process in production. They fit the Lee Spring "complete spring" concept with closed and ground ends, plus easy identification by colour coding so they are ready for installation without additional specification.

New eco-PEN330 dispenser from Intertronics

New from Intertronics is the preeflow eco-PEN330 volumetric dosing pump, which offers manufacturers precision application of fluids and pastes from a minimum of 0.002ml, at rates of up to 3.3 ml/min. The preeflow progressive cavity pump technology handles delicate fluids from watery up to a pasty consistency without damage, and since the system is both temperature and input pressure independent it can provide +/-1 per cent accuracy and better than 99 per cent repeatability. This dispenser is exceptionally well suited to dosing or dispensing low to high-viscosity liquids with pulsation-free delivery and with minimal shear forces exerted on the medium.
